There is a Sin Unto Death

We are right now born of flesh and flesh we are right now. When we become born of spirit at the resurrection only then will we be spirit. So says your own Bible! In Rev. 20: 4 - 6 we read: “And I saw thrones and they sat upon them and judgement was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the word of God and which had not worshipped the beast neither his image neither had received his mark upon their foreheads or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and Holy is he that have part in the first resurrection: on such the second death have no power but they shall be priests of God and of Christ and shall reign with him a thousand years”. Speaking of the people of God who will reign with Christ at His second coming Rev. 5: 10 reads: “And hast (Christ hast) made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth”. Christ is coming back to establish the government (Kingdom) of God on earth and not in heaven as is widely believed. The saints (righteous) will live and reign with Christ on the earth! We often read of “the Kingdom of heaven” and assume it to mean the Kingdom in heaven. It is not.
Christ was a messenger of the “new covenant” (Mal. 3: 1) sent from God with a message. That message was not a message about himself but a message primarily about the Kingdom of God which is to be established on earth. The throne of God in heaven belongs to God Who became the Father and so Christ’s throne will be established here on earth (Rev. 3: 21). In Acts 1: 3 we read: “To whom (the disciples) also he (Christ) shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs being seen of them forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the Kingdom of God”. Notice that after Chris’s death and resurrection He showed himself to His disciples and continued to speak to them about the Kingdom of God. In Mark 1: 1 we read: “The beginning of the gospel of Christ the Son of God”. But what exactly is the gospel of Christ? In verses fourteen and fifteen (Mark 1: 14 15) it continues: “Now after that John was put in prison Jesus came into Galilee preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God and saying the time is fulfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye and believe the gospel”. In Mathew 10: 7 Christ instructed his disciples: “And as you go preach saying the Kingdom of heaven is at hand”. Again in the book of Acts 28: 30 and 31 we read: “And Paul (the apostle) dwelt two whole years in his own hired house and received all that came in unto him preaching the Kingdom of God and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ …”. Paul preached to those who visited him: “the Kingdom of God” primarily and secondly: the “things concerning Christ”. Read also: Isai 9: 6 and 7 Luke 1: 32 and 33 Daniel 2: 44. In a prophecy found in Mathew 24: 14 Christ said: “And this gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”. Today we hear a gospel about Christ by those claiming to preach the gospel of the Kingdom.
From what we have read so far we notice three important facts: Fact No. 1. Is that the first resurrection is the resurrection of the righteous or saints of God. Fact No. 2: Is that the second resurrection does not take place till one thousand years after the first resurrection. Fact No. 3: Is that there is a second death from which there will be no resurrection.
Christ himself confirmed that there is more than one resurrection. He (Christ) said in Luke 14: 14: “And thou shalt be blessed; for they (the poor) cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just”. The resurrection of the just is the first resurrection. In Mathew 12: 36 Christ declared: “But I say unto you that every idle word that men shall speak they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment”. (See also Mark 6: 11). The second resurrection is a resurrection to judgement as we shall see in the book of revelation; and judgement is not sentencing or condemnation as is widely believed. In Jude 14 and 15 we read: “And Enoch also the seventh from Adam prophesied of these (the unrighteous) saying Behold the Lord commeth with ten thousands (tens of thousands) of his saints to execute judgment upon all [the ungodly] and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed and all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him”. Judgement is a time when God will convince all men who are ungodly of the errors of their way. He will convince them that their deeds were ungodly and contrary to His Holy Bible. The Bible at that time (second resurrection) will be opened to their understanding for the first time. They will be taught the right way and then be given their first opportunity to accept the way of righteousness. Eternal life is then offered to them.
